Who we are
Since 1980, we have had the pleasure of welcoming travellers to our family-run rentals business in Kavos, South Corfu.
What started decades ago as our father’s and uncle’s dream is now proudly operated by our second generation of hosts. Our goal remains exactly the same: to give you a seamless, stress-free beachfront holiday.
There is a special heritage tied to our name. Our apartments were built on the exact plot of land where our grandfather used to operate a traditional oven for baking bricks – which in Greek is called a kamini.
While the days of the brick oven are in the past, that same dedication to hard work and hospitality remains. We treat every guest with personal attention, dealing with you directly from the moment you book until the day you leave. At Kamini Apartments, you aren’t just booking a room – you are getting a genuinely cared-for vacation.

Kamini Apartments are located in Kavos, a seaside village at the southern tip of Corfu island.
The South of Corfu is a hidden gem of golden-red sands and crystal-clear waters. Whether you are looking for the energy of an organized beach club or the silent beauty of untouched nature, you are perfectly positioned to explore it all.
At Kamini Apartments, you get the best of both worlds. While the heart of Kavos is famous for its vibrant energy and nightlife, our property sits in a dedicated quiet zone. You are close enough to enjoy a short stroll into the village for dinner or drinks, but far enough away to leave the noise behind when you’re ready to sleep.

Corfu Town & Airport (~45 km): A scenic 50–60 minute drive through the lush, olive-grove-filled landscape of the southern countryside.
Kavos Town Center (500m): A gentle 5-minute walk to local tavernas, shops, and the lively village strip.
Lefkimmi Port (3.7 km): Just a few minutes away by car—your gateway to the Greek mainland (Igoumenitsa) and breathtaking boat trips to Paxos and Antipaxos.

You will need to self check in, as there is no reception desk.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access your apartment.
Please contact us if your arrival date is approaching and you have not yet received the welcome pack.
Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in can be arranged upon request, provided the apartment is ready.
Late check-out may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability and if there is no reservation on the same day.

Yes. Like all properties in Greece, we are required by law to collect a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (known locally as TAAK). This is a small contribution that goes directly toward protecting the Greek environment and local infrastructure.

How much? For our studios, it is €1.50 per night during the summer season (March–October).

How do I pay? This fee is not included in your online booking total. It is payable locally in cash or by card during your check-in or check-out.
